I'd take a look at your fuel pressure regulator....fuel pumps do not continue, crippled, but cut out all together...check your fuel pressure at the fuel rail and vacuum connection to the fuel pressure regulator~

might be a weak spark~ and not fuel related at all---could we get your diagnostic codes, please, could be a "mosquito biscuit" environmental temperature sensor~ need to know what the onboard diagnostics are telling us~

Listen to the first two please.

You know if the environmental sensor told the ECU that it was cold outside, the fuel would come in rich...if the environmental sensor told the ECU that it was warm, a leaner mixture would be put forth....at your auto parts store, have them send out manny, moe or jack with the handheld diagnostic scanner and we will get some codes...information on what's goin' down....clown~ please post them for us to check out and research your running and starting issue...like I say the ambient sensor is probably the culprit~
