The rear lower seat cushion is removed by lifting the forward edge up. The rear upper seat cushions need care and a special tool or two. Once the lower seat is removed, this will expose two #50 Torx bolts. These bolts have been in place probably since 1992 (at the latest) and 1984 (at the earliest). The bolts were installed into unthreaded blocks of steel, welded to the frame. The bolts need to be soaked with a bolt loosening penetrating oil. Using a new new new Torx socket and an impact gun, pressure to avoid slippage, and patience will remove the well secured bolts.
