A vacuum operated mode door system that reverts to defrost ducts has lost vacuum. When other ducts also operate, it can be a two stage vac. operated door issue, or even a control vacuum switch issue. It's best to inspect your work to find it or get the service manual info and go step by step.

Did you figure it out? I have the same issue, after the blend for motor assembly was replaced and it worked for a while, then the compressor was replaced, worked for a while. So frustrating not to have it working properly, $2,000 later!
