Make a hook out of wire, use a set of mechanic's 'grabbers', or attach a wad of tape to the end of a long slim handle to stick onto the pieces and pull them out, or use a thin vacuum hose and shop vac to grab pieces. If none of those work attach the car to a rotisserie and turn it upside down so the pieces fall out.
