Flashing gear indicator lighting 1995 Honda accord

(Do you mean the D4 is flashing?) If so, have a transmission shop pull the code(s) related to the flashing light, at probably no charge. Could be a loose wire, plug disconnected, faulty sensor, or worse. Trans shop will know.
