Is it a good idea to buy this 2002lincoln town car
with 116,000miles. They say the only thing wrong
with it is no air, need heating element..?

That is cheap but if it won't pass smog inspection you probably cannot register it. Can you live without heat and AC?

NO AIR AC//AND OR A HEATER CORE OR BOTH 600 IS A GOOD PRICE...DOES IT PASS EMISSIONS>?

Just the 4 tires, brake calipers, battery, 2 headlamps, 2 fenders, 4 doors, hood, trunk, fuel tank, frame, 4 discs, seats, wipers, engine, transmission, rims, rear tail lights, etc is worth (sold separate) from $ 1000 - $ 2000 It's a good deal ! Plus scrap the whole thing when done for another $ 200
