Should I buy for $600

Is it a good idea to buy this 2002lincoln town car
with 116,000miles. They say the only thing wrong
with it is no air, need heating element..?

That is cheap but if it won't pass smog inspection you probably cannot register it. Can you live without heat and AC?

NO AIR AC//AND OR A HEATER CORE OR BOTH 600 IS A GOOD PRICE...DOES IT PASS EMISSIONS>?

That's a steal IF it's in decent condition. It has automatic climate control for the heater and air conditioning. It may be expensive and complicated to fix. Be sure the intake manifold isn't leaking. Check that there's no issues with the spark plugs too. They tend to strip and blow out of the head if not carefully removed during a tune up which, at 116,000 miles, it should have already had. HTH. -Jim
