2002 lincoln town car turning over but not starting , Any help ?

Either a bad fuel pump or a no spark issue. Remove gas cap and put your ear to the hole as someone turns the key to accessory. You should be able to hear the pump hum for a few seconds. If you can hear it hum, then check for spark.

Check for spark like Reelin says, if there is spark the fuel pump pressure would need to be checked. Pump could still run but not deliver enough fuel pressure.
