Need help! Rear end replacement 2004 Lincoln L's v6

I need help with replacing rear end on my
Lincoln. The previous owner of the car had
a seal leak on the rear diff. He didn't know
he had so he ran the car with no fluid
completely grenaded the diff. I can not find
any videos or anything on how to replace
it.PLease help

Should be pretty straight forward since it is a standard independent rear suspension. Jaguar S types of that same year have the same rear end. You can look in those areas for blogs as well.
