after replacing the battery in my 2005 lincoln navigator dash light's heater;windows work but radio don't work and starter will not turn over why?

I think you have a security system issue and that you need to input the radio code into the radio. Read your owners manual for more information but next time use a code saver. You may need to have a Ford/Lincoln dealer look at it.
