Cigarette lighter socket not getting power

Checked fuse and it is good.  But still no power to oulett

If it is the style I'm use too it has a thermal fuse in the back of the lighter body, not replaceable you have to replace the body itself, best to go aftermarket and do away with the thermal fuse. This is assuming you have already done a power and ground test at the lighter body itself.

I have 12V sockets with lid, but no lighter. How come? I was hoping to use it for 360 degrees CCTV
