Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1955 Chevy powerglide burped transmission fluid
out the filler neck and then would not go into any
gear seem like it was low on fluid and barely
crawled today fired it up would not move in any
gear  Motor revs up in all gears does not move floor
level is for possibly might've been over filled don't
know

Have you checked the fluid level since the "burp"?

Yes it was just below full and still nothing put it in any gear and you don't feel a thing tried draining a little fluid out that perhaps it was to full and still nothing
