Ticking noise

Last night my Car had no oil and started making a ticking
noise. I put oil in it last night and my car made a light
ticking noise. This morning its still making a light ticking
noise. Do you think that i didn't put enough oil

Check the level, But I suspect the engine was worn or damaged from having no oil in it the first time. Have Kia inspect it.
