If the car cuts right off, then yes. Does it only cut off when turning in one direction or both? I would think if both and it hesitates and make noise in the engine bay, it could be a worn power steering pump putting drag on the engine. Further diagnosis is required.

Yes it cuts off when im turning left or right but it does not do it every time it only happens after I drive it for a small amount of time. Yes I took it to three ppl and was told 2 different things just wanted to make sure it does not sound like the transmission to any one else who knows about cars. Than you so much for taking time and helping me.
