The horn and the lights blink from theft alarm. Unhooked battery. Now as soon
as the battery gets hooked back up horn and lights go off but now i have
nothing .no lights on dash turn the key and nothing. I only have a key no fobb

Sounds like the security system went into lock down mode. The shut down procedure is listed in the owners manual. Also entering the factory code on the keyless pad will also turn off the lock down.
