My 2008 VW Touareg hatch latch does not work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced to 20 A fuse on #30 right side once before and it solved the problem.
Then we had an icy rain and the gas hatch and rear hatch stopped working.
You can hear the hatch motor start but there is no unlatching the rear hatch or
gas hatch, even though I replaced the fuse again.

    We replaced the fuel pumps both L and Right and then the ABS light came on and the repair is no where near this area. It also is not giving out any error codes.
