I've change the radiator and thermostat and my thempature is like high sitting at idle for 15mins no water mixing with oil or water leaking in engine compartment

Did you purge the cooling system when you refilled it? When the cooling system has be drained, it needs to be purged once you put coolant back in. Here is a sight, video on how to do that... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUpXgAJ1gjU
