My digital clock display defaults to 1:00 when the air temp drops to approximately 40 degrees F. Is there a fix to this without having to replace the entire center panel?

This happened to our old RX300 it wound up being a weak battery, even though it would start in the mornings, so have he battery and charging system thoroughly tested.
