2016 dodge charger wont start. trid to jump it. didnt work

left light on all night , now the battery wont charge and I cant get it to turn over when jumped

Charge the battery and try again.

Ditto Bob, take batter to big-box parts chop & pay to re-charge overnight; if it still won't start, let us know or consider whether you need a new starter. Have PepBoys check your altenator too dude. Best Lucky
