2016 toyota corolla power seat recliner

Power seat recliner is inoperable. I tried to look for the
fuse for it but i dont know exactly where it is and how
the name is labelled, the switch that makes the seat go
upforward and back works but the back rest of the seat
does not work. im not sure if the fuse is blown or not. I
took off the switch cover to make sure it is getting
actuated and it is. What else could be the problem and
where is the fuse actually located and how it is labelled?
