Battery Light On

The battery light came on this past Friday.  Then the radio and heater fan
went off.  This only lasted a minute or so.  The battery light came on and off.  
Yesterday all the dash instruments went crazy when I turned the car on.  I
tried the windshield wipers, they barely came on.  The radio was dead and
the clock was dim.  Advance Auto checked my battery and said it was fine.  
My neighbor checked the battery connections.  What else could be wron?

Check all ground straps after 17 years they oxidize and turn a green color or corrode, the battery connections can look and be fine... Alternator should be putting out 13.8 - 14.3 volts (at the battery) with engine running at idle speed.

My car is doing the exact same thing. The radio went out then the battery light came on several days later. Then the abs light and battery light we're on. Now the car won't start and all of the dash instruments went crazy. What did you do to fix it. .Much appreciated.
