Carbon ceramic brake swap on '16 M5?

I'm getting a 2016 M5, but i couldn't find the exact car i wanted. i got the color,
the options, but just missing the carbon ceramic brakes. how hard would it be to
swap the stock brakes out for cc? i don't know much about cars, sorry if this is a
newb question.

It seems like they could, but it will be pricey. The master cylinders are unique, and it's possible the ABS unit is also unique. Try doing some more research on these parts.
