I was working on a 2016 Subaru Outback doing rear brake pads and the one caliper on the passengers side won't retract fully is this a bad caliper or a problem with the electronic brake these calipers

I JUST had the issue with this today, what did you do to resolve that Piston in the caliper not retracting all the way?
