REPLACING MY IGNITION WITH TOGGLE SWITCH

I CANNOT REPLACE THE IGNITION BECAUSE THE CAR WAS STOLEN AND THE COLUM IS BUSTED I ALREADY HAVE THE PUSH BUTTON TO START IT JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW TO RUN A TOGGLE SO WHEN I FLIP IT ITS LIKE I JUST TURNED THE KEY ON TY..

You'll be better off buying a used steering column from a salvage yard or eBay. Many things besides the engine's ignition system run through the ignition switch. Things like the wipers, radio, turn signals, and other accessories are switched through the ignition switch. Doing it the way you describe is asking for, possibly, unending electrical problems.
