HOW DO I FIX ODOMETER, THAT HAS STOPPED?

Hello, First, you need to diagnose the problem. Make sure it is the actual odometer that is broken rather than a fuse or relay. You should also determine if the tripometer is broken as well. Once you have determined it is the odometer, you can buy the part on line or take it to a mechanic to replace. Best of luck, CarGrrl

Now sure about the Speedo, but as far as the odometer, check this page out. I have the same problem on my 1995 T-Bird SC. https://www.supercoupeperformance.com/partBrowser.aspx?partId=493

The gears in the speedo that run the odometer are worn out, and need to be replaced. You can do it yourself, if you can repair little machines. Look for some place that sells the 2 little plastic gears.
