help i cant find where the right turn stop and tail light wire comes from

hi i have a 1999 f450 tow truck and i have rear light problems the green wire
has no power and my flasher is flashing quick what do i do?

Meaning you have a short. Could be a simple bulb shorting to rubbing on frame/body. Let me give you a website for electrical schematic

ok where dose the green wire come from? ill just put in a new wire

The relay/ fuse box in the engine compartment has 3-red (10-amp) fuses on the passenger side of the box that are R/L & Brake... ONE of these 3 is blown, most likely..

TIP/ p.s. Indicator flashing FAST is symptom of OPEN, high resistance I.e. Blown fuse or broken wire (NOT a short to ground)
