AC and radiator fan won't work

My 1995 Taurus radiator fan and AC quit working a the same time.  I have replaced
the Constant Control Relay Module and temp. sending unit.  I have checked all fuses
and the fan motor is good.  The latest is there's only power to the fan for a few
seconds once the car is started, then no power.  If I turn the car off and restart it,
again, power for a few seconds then none.  Funny thing is the fan don't run for these
few seconds, though I've checked the fan motor and it is good.  Frustrated. Thanks for
any help.

I think I may have had multiple problems but after replacing the radiator fan (which I had previously tested and thought it was okay) my problems are solved.
