What should I buy

I'm looking for a commuter vehicle right away.  I
have to choose between a 2012 Toyota Prius C and
a 2015 Nissan Versa hatchback.  Prius has
113,000 miles while the Versa has 89,000.  Help!  
Which would you choose?

A Toyota Yaris is also a decent vehicle, I would stay away from a used Nissan.
