2014 Elantra give 5 quick beeps after being turned off

Did you ever find an answer to this? My car has just started doing the exact same thing (2015 Hyundai Elantra) and I can’t find any reasons online or in manuals. Mine would be in a different series (can’t remember what) when the sunroof was slightly ajar, but now mine is doing the 5 beeps when I hit power off. Same: 2014 Hyundai Elantra

Mine started doing this. Changed the battery in the fob and it went away.

I just changed the battery in the fob and it still does it...hmm. Not every time, but enough for me to notice

Did anyone ever get a definitive answer on this? My elantra just started doing the 5 beeps when turning off also. Not every time, but a lot and I cannot find any reason for it to just have started. Had the car for 18 months and just started. 2016 elantra. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My 2016 Elantra just started doing this same thing 2 weeks ago. Swapped out my FOB and didn't help. New battery in the car, new rear brakes....nothing stopped it. Any ideas?

I brought my FOB for my 2016 Elantra with push button start into the Parts Dept of my dealer. They changed the battery for no cost. The 5 beeps immediately disappeared when I shut the engine off. Amazing! You would think this would be something printed in the Owner's Manual
