Electrical problems

I've replaced my battery about 2 months ago
because my fuse keeps blowing out. I think I'm
about to have the same problem because my
system lights came on telling me to stop my car
and cut it off. Am I have some kinda electrical
problem? Because this is becoming a problem for
me.

I know it's not a fix for a shortage. I've carried my car to KIA twice. When it blew the first time then it had happened again 2 weeks later. They told me it was the battery. Since I've gotten my car back the 2nd time it was ok til lately. I just don't want to spend the unnecessary on unnecessary. Thanks for your thoughts.
