Rough Idle

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Good evening. I have a nissan sentra sv 2014. I
have a rough idle and when I am going downhill
and I am taking the foot of the gas pedal it's
jumping like crazy. I DON'T have engine light on. I
took the car to 3 or 4 car mechanics and I received
different diagnoses. Today I took the car at Nissan
dealer and they check the car. They told me that is
because the front wheels tires are not that new
and the sensors transmit something to the ABS
and the car si stopping a little bit. They said
something about the difference between the front
tires and the back tires. The back ones look better.
The thing is that I just changed the tires like 8
months ago. Indeed I drove like 16.000 miles in
this period. My question is: the tester at the dealer
can read the problem of the car without an engine
light on? I heard different things about that.

Ok I have a 2013 Nissan Sentra and that is how my issues started! I now have it a dealership (waiting to hear back - engine light JUST came on yesterday) but it would not accelerate before the check engine light even came on! But before that I would say for the past 6 months to a year it was jerking, and having difficulty stop and going! It also recently starting sounding like an airplane taking off.....when I would put my foot on the accelerator! I will let you know what I hear back...however I'd get rid of it ASAP! Or call Nissan of America and tell them you are having issues with it!! But I have a feeling you are just at the start of where I am! I have 116,000 miles on my car now! :(
