85 Silverado Running and Head lights not working

All my other lights work. Any ideas on what the problem is and where to start?

I was working on the back lights earlier today. the lights wiring was mixed so that the two bottom wires were connected to both bulbs causing a shoty connection and inconsistency in the lights. i flipped the wires back to how it should be. Now when i turn the running lights on the blinkers and brake lights aren't working. They only work when the running lights are turned off.

Sound,s like you may need to get a tester and check the wiring harness,this model truck 30 year old harness,
