Problems

Asked by Mar 05, 2018 at 12:29 PM about the 2014 Lexus ES 300h

Question type: General

I don’t know what to do, I Will ask to my lawyer about this
terrible situation, I have a big problem buying a car for this
application, I thought this application was safe but it is
not, you do not check the car in carfax before selling
them, I bought a lexus ES300h 2014 in $ 20000 and
believing in the app turns out to be that when I check in
car fax has three arrangements of and changes of pieces
in car fax and also has 3 owners, and in this application
says that only had an owner, the car is valued at 12000
and I trust this app they sold it to me in 20,000, they
cheated me 8000, that's a felony, they cheated on me in
the dealler and in this app they are guilty for not
thoroughly checking the cars that they sell to provoke
fights for theft, they told me no accidents, but it's not like
that , in case I can not solve this problem due to the
insecurity of this app, I make you know that you are also
involved in this case of the Miami Florida USA court, if you
can cooperate in something I thank you, s I have some
mail where I can send you some information about that
dealer, I do not know who is going to pay for this theft but
here in USA it is not stolen and if it is a felony it is a felony
and they will be fined or penalized, my experience is very
tremendous with Cargurus and the dealer, the name of the
dealer is AutoShow Sales And Service, 440 S State Road
7, Plantation, FL 33317 and Motorhouse, 600 US-441,
Plantation, FL 33317 they work together.

It's not theft if they sold you a car for well above it's blue book value. You signed the contract. If you had an issue with the price, then you should have walked away from the deal before signing. Doesn't matter what price they advertised it for, it all comes down to the contract you put your signature on. Checking a car fax is also your responsibility. To prove fraud you would have to show they altered documents. By the way, this site does not sell cars, it's a listing sites, anyone can list a car for sale here, private owners or dealerships.
