New catalytic converter

My son has a 1996 grand Cherokee we put a new
catalytic converter on and new downstream O2
sensor now car turns over but will not start. Any
suggestions?

A new cat and O2 sensor won't have anything to do with starting the car. Recheck your work, maybe you forgot to plug in an electrical connector when replacing the O2?
