2014 Honda CR-V Low Beams too bright
Does anyone else have this issue? Each time I turn on my headlights I
have people blowing horns and flashing their lights at me because my low
beams are so bright that people believe I am riding around with my high
beams on. I talked to the dealership and they swear they have never had
this issue. I can't believe I have the only CR-V whose low beams are like
this. I don't know what to do. They informed me that I could not put a
different type bulb in there to solve the problem. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue. Same make and model as you. The fog lights cannot be shut off. They are automatically on when headlights are on. I went to the dealer and they said that's how it is. People are always flashing me too. I came on hear looking for a solution. None yet.
I have this issue too (Bright Head Lights on Low Beams) on my Honda CRV 2018 model. Today I was stopped by motorway patrol police when I was driving behind them. They thought I driving it on High Beam. Also getting yelled at and flashed by oncoming motorist :( Very frustrating - I have emailed Honda to rectify it ASAP.
I ended up taking my car back to the Honda dealership but because it was out of warranty they charged me $65.00 to readjust my headlights which seems to have alleviated the problem. It stinks that I had to pay that much but at least they finally fixed it.
Thanks, I lease my car from Honda so the fix will be free. I am not happy with this model and think Honda could have done a much better job with this model with the likes of Hyundai Santa Fe or Toyota Rav4 or Renault Koleos. The value for money is missing from this Honda product.
I know this is an old issue but in case anyone gets a 2014 honda crv. you can adjust the headlights by using a flathead just go to youtube for the video. Mine are bright and light up 60 feet ahead so everyone thinks i have my brights too.

I know the original post was over a year ago, but maybe this will help someone who comes along from a Google search about it: spend 5 minutes looking up how to adjust them. Be pro-active with ANY car you buy/lease and learn how to do it yourself. STOP assuming they're aimed properly from the manufacturer or the dealership and MAKE SURE they are by checking them yourselves. I've done this in every car I've owned since replacing my old headlamp assemblies in my old mustang. Heck, I drive a semi and have even taken a proactive approach to those headlights (even though I seem to be the only one out of all the drivers I know who will do this, so sorry if it seems like we're high-beaming you, we just sit higher and most truckers aren't much different than your average motorist, we just have more riding on us than you do).
