window control

Asked by Jul 30, 2019 at 08:13 PM about the 2014 Volkswagen Jetta

Question type: General

the master window switch was damaged,  the connector and brain when a
window was repaired on driver side, what to do next

1 Answer

You just need a new switch module, you can either buy a new one (maybe on Ebay) or find one in a salvage yard. Go to the yard and tell them what part you need and for what vehicle (make, model, year), they'll find you the part you need and if they don't have it they can often find a yard that does.
