My 2014 Mercedes Benz C200 recently stopped in the middle of a flooded road. The engine would not start again and was towed away. It was eventually discovered that water had gone into the engine and mixed with the engine. The mixture of water and oil water was enventually completely drained and the engine cleaned with oil. Trying to start it initially cranked but could not start but now it cannot crank completely despite the engine turning manually. What could probably be the problem?

Starter and other electrical components probably got wet as well. If the engine has water in it, so does the transmission. call your insurance company for help.
