I would have to advise you to have it checked out by a certified trans tech. Sounds like you may have some internal damage to trans.

Prob a sprag clutch. Cheap part, expensive labor. Internal as Dandy stated.

I concurr :P Just make sure next time, u slow down to close to 5 mph, like it says to do, before u try to do any shifting
