2014 Ford Focus new clutch 2 days ago no improvement back to dealer now saying I need a clutch accuator

Asked by Jul 14, 2017 at 03:25 PM about the 2014 Ford Focus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Dual Trans replaced 3 times then two days ago had clutch replaced by dealer $1779.00 then drove back and told them it drove the same as when I brought it in.  They said you need to drive 500 miles before it adjusts to your driving.  Almost got killed it drove so poorly. The next day returned again and now they say  I need a clutch actuator for $260.00 for the part alone.  They said this happens a lot after you replace the clutch then you need the actuator.  I think they misdiagnosed in the first place - what to you think?
