That is correct, and the 3.6 H6 engine can pull an additional 300 pounds for a total of 3,000.

Even with light towing, it's a good idea and recommended by Subaru to have your CVT transmission serviced at OEM intervals. I strongly suggest you have this done at your Subaru dealership just in case you have a problem under warranty. Have you noticed any oil burning issues with your 2014? It has the newer FB Series engine and the 0-20 viscosity oil? I presume that you purchased your car new?
