My car wont go

hi, i have a 2014 camaro ss.. when i start my car it
turns on fine, with no problems. i drive my car and
i have no problems with it. but as soon as i go to
stop or slow down my car acts like it wont go (it
doesnt kill) and makes this weird noise.. DOES
ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THE CAUSE IS??

It appears you have tac/throttle actuator control. Any applicable trouble codes for that system? You can try cleaning the throttle bore and throttle plate. See if it helps. Don't force throttle plate. Just a thought. good luck
