If you mean electronic as in a digital dash cluster, no. The Liberty has a conventional dash cluster. However, all of the dash instruments are electronically controlled -- meaning there's no more "speedometer cable" running to the transmission like in older vehicles with mechanical speedos. If your speedo is inoperative it is most likely the dash unit itself, either the printed circuit or the speedometer cluster which will require replacement with a new or rebuilt unit.
