I'm having the same problem. The Ford dealer said it's the FCIM.Front control Instrumentation module and it's been backordered since Feb with no date in site. I'm in Florida and mine is the heater so the car is virtually undrivable. Go on to the Lincoln Forum on Facebook. Tell them you're having that problem. Someone from Lincoln will get in touch with you.

I had to take my 2013 Mkz to the Ford dealership & it was covered under the extended warrantee I purchased when I bought the vehicle. The panel that controls the ac & entertainment system (radio dial, volume, CD player, just quit working one day. I also noticed my transmission hesitating when I accelerate. And also my mileage had gone down to a 14.6 mpg around town. The control panel for ac & radio needs to be replaced, it needs a new o2 sensor (there is a recall on it) & the computer needs a complete reprogram. All this is going to cost a whopping $100 Deductable for the extended warranty program. I live in Hawaii with warm & rainy climate & is very humid. I need ac- or at least some fans to circulate the air... none of that is accessible- not through the main panel, the voice control or the touch screen. I am waiting for the service center to call back & I’ve been waiting all day & since Monday (it is now Wednesday). I love my car - I just miss the cold ac!
