Steering requires over correction at High Speeds only.

My 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited with 50k orignal miles has a steering problem at high speed only. I've had the alignment checked twice and is fine at low speeds. However, at around 70+ mph, it requires additional steering correction to keep the vehical in the lane. Seems to be additional drifting.
What could be wrong?

I tested and inflated both tires to 35 psi prior to trip. Both tires do tend to loose pressure over time. Maybe it is tire related. I had read that a loose powersteering pump belt can cause this symptom as well. I've not looked into that yet.

Hope you find out the answer to this ?.. I've spent over 2000 dollars in the past two years at Jeep dealerships. STILL NO HELP. I just thought I bought a lemon. Bought new with 3 miles on it and it's been nothing but a money pit.
I have this with my brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. You almost need to CRACK the steering column (you can feel it in your hands) to get it back over center. My Wrangler Rubicon came off the truck with JACKED up alignment but the dealer refused to do anything, citing "it was minor." Now, 3 weeks later, it will not hold the road.
