Heater blows cold air

My heater blows cold air is there a
fuse for that and where

There are fuses on the inside and under the hood for the heater as well as relay switches. On the drivers side inside the dash by the door is a fuse box where the door closes against it and under the hood on the driver's side in a rectangle black box are fuses and relays.

Where is the blend door. Would the thermostat being stuck open cause this
