Jeep Cherokee 2.8 Sport 2004 Model

Can a radiator fan just come off due to wear &
tear? Our's came off. The car first had a vibration
on as you go over 100 km/hour. Can that fan be
the cause of the vibration?

If you no longer have a fan, and now you no longer have a vibration, I would conclude the fan was causing the vibration. Bolt one back on or the next problem will be engine overheating a low speeds. The bolts holding on the fan may also be holding the pulley on too. Check it out before running the engine again.
