Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My jeep started up fine but whille driving and had to stop for a light the jeep sputtered and turned off. After removing the jeep to a safe place we opened the gas cap and a lot of water came from the cap.We added heet dry gas and several gallons of fresh gas but the jeep would still not start. It wants to but just won't.  How do I remove the water from the gas line?

I'd suggest you get some gas cans, a siphon and take it all out of the tank. Then you'll probably need to change the fuel filter ahd maybe even the vapor cannister. Do you know someone who might contaminate your gas tank with water?
