got no brake lights but the emergency flashers work fine.  Can't find any fuses open. Could it be brake switch on brake pedal.  There was no voltage on any pin on the plug when I removed it from the brake switch
?!?

There should be power to the brake light switch all the time. Check in at www.jeepforum.com - they might know where to look
