Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I’m 16 and ima be paying for my own car so
when it says on the bottom that I can make
payments can I personally do it or does a
adult have to do it I’m just confused on that
part because this will be my first ever car

1 Answer

Under 18 can't sign a legal contract (like a loan), you will need an adult cosigner. That person will legally be on the hook for the loan if you miss payments.
