0 miles since last reset

Asked by Guru87PNV Jan 10, 2020 at 01:54 AM about the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a 2014 grand Cherokee,
Oil live at 71% but it marks all the time 0 miles
since last reset, and don’t change!
What does that mean?
And how to fix the problem?
Thank you in advance
