Alarm siren not working when alarm activated but hazards are flashing

Asked by Jun 03, 2017 at 10:07 AM about the 2010 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I ran a fault code scan on the overhead control unit using icarsoft MB11 and it
shows 909B battery-operated horn communication fault. However I'm unsure
where to look next? All connections are good, could this be a dead battery in
the siren? Or is this a fault with the overhead control unit? How can I tell?
